Someone please do a better job then me. I did a rough photoshop using paint to put on some 18s. Taken straight off of the 2016 Honda Pilot Baja Pre-Runner.
I wouldn't hesitate to go with those tires based on my experience with the Latitude Tour on my 06 Pilot. Never failed me in any snow condition in NV, UT, CO, NM, WY. Also got 2.25 mpg more with them. Fantastic ride. Could not get them anymore in my size, so went with Defender LTX a few months ago. Thanks for explaining your thought process. I probably will go with Michelin Latitude Tour HP when it is time.

Doesn't rain much in Northern CA unless El nino season and only go skiing about 3 times per year. Also like have quiet ride rating.
Thanks for letting me know your experience. Hopefully, will not need for 60,000 miles. (Could never understand the Michelin designation when they had both - non HP & HP - I think it just meant Higher Priced. Exact same specs.)
powder coating is a better option but I’m pretty good with a rattle can and sometimes powder coat can chunk off if the rim isnt well prepped. it would be a budget move. I’d be better off holding out for the sport version of these, which are already painted black aside from the polished parts. dunno width for sure but I assume 8”.Actually that is what I meant, Powder Coat...!
No, CR-V wheels will not fit a Passport. Also, CR-V does not require TPMS sensors... has a more rudimentary system. See this thread on wheel specs.Found an amazing local deal on spotless 2017 CRV rims. 18x7.5. What do you guys think? Might bust out photoshop. Anyone know if offset and bolt battern match PP?
Thanks Dude! My quest for OEM ridgeline wheels continues. No, CR-V wheels will not fit a Passport. Also, CR-V does not require TPMS sensors... has a more rudimentary system. See this thread on wheel specs.

I like your setup. Was considering some Cooper AT3's, but the more I read up, the more I'm leaning towards the Defenders on some 18'' Ridgeline wheels. Did you notice the ride softening at all with these tires? The passport is pretty stiff/bumpy on dirt roads, and I've been attributing it the low-profiles/20'' rims. Is there any considerable change in ride quality?View attachment 2715
Tire size is 245-60-18. This size tire + 18" wheel = same overall diameter as original tires + 20" wheels.
The Michelin Defender LTX tires have a rather deep and rugged tread pattern. (Compared to the shallow tread on the super smooth Michelin Premier LTX tires) On most roads, the ride feels the same as the OE tires, but the big difference is the 18" Defender tires with taller sidewalls certainly go over potholes, sunken drain grates and rough dirt roads much smoother than the 20" wheels & tires. Plus my new teen drivers have already rubbed on a few curbs and the 18" tires only have minor scuffs. The OE wheels would have been badly scratched by now.I like your setup. Tell me about it - I'm in NYC until February and it takes me twice as long to parallel park (which I do every day) in a concerted effort to avoid curb rash on those 20's. Sounds like the Defenders are a great option for those not looking to have full-on AT tires. The Michelin Defender LTX tires have a rather deep and rugged tread pattern. I’m debating defenders still too. On my last car i swapped to AT tires from defenders after getting a rock puncture on a mountain road. Defenders are great in snow/ice/asphalt but dont quite have the teeth for gravel, mud or deep snow.I like your setup. I'm going to the store on Saturday to see them in person; I'm looking at about $2000.00 in total.255/60/18 General Grabber AT2 on 18" KMC XD818 Heist wheels.
