I replaced all interior lights with LEDs. Wondering if the LED backup light gives you a brighter, better view in the backup camera? Thanks

Don't mind the bike rack, but here's an image with one LED and one OEM bulb.

Can anyone confirm if either of the bulbs mentioned by @FourCorners or @F1Flagger will work for a 2020 Elite? Amazon is telling me that neither of these fit my 2020 Passport(?):

The link to the LUYED bulbs posted by FourCorners are the exact same bulbs I installed on my Passport in March.
[EDIT] Just double-checked the link, and I also received the same "This does not fit . . . " message, so seller needs to update their database. VERY satisfied with these leds! Recommended.

I'm going to guess that Amazon is going to say that anything other than incandescent replacement bulbs is not the right ”fit.” You're probably not supposed to use LED bulbs, but a lot of people have, and they seem to have been successful.

The picture of the back of the Passport Elite shows the light on the left is the 7440 (Japan) and the light on the right is the D15 LED. The D15 is brighter than the picture conveys and you can see the color temperature is white and pretty much matches my LED headlights. The original bulb is rated 12 volts at 21 watts. However a better specification is engine running voltage. I measured 14 volts for my Honda Passport (2019 Elite) but a more common standard is 13.8 volts. If you use 13.8 volts than the original 7440 bulb is 26.3 watts at 1.92 amps. The LED D15 at 13.8 volts is 3.81 watts at 0.276 amps (276mA). So I am replacing a 26.3 watts bulb with an LED array of less than 4 watts and it puts out more illumination. I have observed no problems with these LED backup lamps and replacement of both backup lights took a couple of minutes, no tools required. Very happy with the purchase.

Yeah Amazon has a warning message on incompatibility but in this case I believe it is an error. Actually when I bought them there was no fit error message. The D15 LEDs fit fine and I have had no problems. They are slightly longer in length than the original bulbs (see picture above in my post) but are not touching the backup lens or housing and since they are so much lower in power and therefore heat generation I really see no problem using them. I really like the lighting effect that they offer and they are also not polarity sensitive.

Thanks for the quick response. I changed all interior lights. It's was pretty easy and simple although the door lense seem to pop off much easier with gentle pressure with a small screwdriver instead of the plastic tools (the tips bend). My only struggle was with the glovebox. I didn't want to pop off trim so I tried disconnecting the cable and lowering the box but still couldn't reach in that hole with fingers. Does anyone know of a tool that can reach in the hole then remove and reinstall the new bulb? Thanks again! BTW, the LEDs have a nice look to them. I'm looking forward to changing the backup lights when they come.

For others in this post I have a more detailed interior and backup light thread including voltage, current and power measurements here:
