Anybody that can help me figure out how to set me auto door lock when I walk away from the vehicle. I can not find the " Walkaway" feature in the setup of my 2020 Touring Passport. Maybe its only available on the elite model ?

This is the single great feature (IMO) on the Passport...

I love just closing the door and walking away...!

I think what you meant was:
1. Remove the physical key from fob
2. On either driver/passenger door: open window
3. Step outside
4. Lock vehicle from inside
5. Auto-Roll Up window

When it's time to get in the car, use the physical key to unlock.

Speaking of which - where does one insert the physical key to unlock the car?

The walk away settings on your passport is defaulted to off when you get the car. You have to go into settings vehicle remote key lock and then down to the bottom go to walk away settings and then select on

The "Walkaway" feature, also known as "Walk Away Auto Lock," is a feature that automatically locks your vehicle when you walk away with the key fob.
It's possible that this feature is not available on your specific model of the 2020 Touring Passport. However, there may be other ways to enable automatic locking when you walk away from the vehicle. Here are a few options to consider:
  1. Check the owner's manual: The owner's manual for your vehicle should provide detailed instructions on how to set up automatic locking when you walk away from the vehicle. Look for a section on "Convenience Settings" or "Keyless Access Settings" to see if this feature is available and how to enable it.
  2. Contact your dealership or locksmith London SW1: If you're having trouble finding the "Walkaway" feature in your vehicle's settings, your dealership or local locksmith may be able to help. They can provide guidance on how to enable this feature or let you know if it's not available on your specific model.
  3. Consider a third-party device: If you're unable to enable automatic locking through your vehicle's settings, there are third-party devices available that can provide this functionality. For example, you can purchase a Bluetooth-enabled key fob that automatically locks your car when you walk away. Just be sure to do your research and choose a reputable brand that is compatible with your vehicle.
Overall, it's possible that the "Walkaway" feature may not be available on your specific model of the 2020 Touring Passport. However, there are other options available to help you achieve the same functionality.
