Link to a "proper" maintenance table? Transmission, front differential, transfer case, and a rear differential???

I did a quick search and found a few threads, this being the best one https://www.passportforums.com/thre...s.com/threads/passport-maintenance-schedule-info.2261/?post_id=18229#post-18229 but clearly lacking any comprehensive official information.

I've got 25k miles on mine, and I've performed my own engine oil changes and rear differential fluid change (at 15k miles). I'm dropping my car off for some warranty work next week and I plan on getting a quote for some upcoming services, but it's unclear which services are coming up.

A while back I contacted a dealer and the service advisor didn't sound like he knew what components actually make up the i-VTM4 AWD system. He told me there was a transmission, front differential, transfer case, and a rear differential. Can anyone clarify this???

I'm looking for a link or table to any/all recommended services (based on mileage) for a 2020 Passport AWD.

Thanks in advance

There's no front differential. All you have are - transmission, transfer case and rear differential. In that order.
And as far as maintenance goes, Honda does not use a printed maintenance schedule anymore, your Passport has a Maintenance Minder that pops up on your display with a code for what service is needed when the Maintenance Minder calculates that the service is due. When the dealer see the code they know what to do.

If you do your maintenance yourself, your Owner's Manual has a section that breaks down what each code means.

Maintenance Minder does account for different situations. It gathers data from all of the powertrain sensors and uses an algorithm to calculate what services are due and when. When yo do frequent short trips where engine temperature isn't high enough for long enough, extended idling etc it will recommend oil changes sooner. Frequent highway drivers get longer intervals. The different drives modes such as trail or tow mode are also taken into consideration for the calculations. It also monitors the AWD system temperatures to determine if change interval should come sooner.

I choose to perform fluid changes sooner than the MM alerts me to do so. I travel a lot and don't want to have a notice come up when I'm 1500 miles from my garage. I can see the life left as a percentage for the engine oil so I'm able to plan for that, and I still change it before it gets below 20%.

Some would say changing fluids early is a waste of money. Peace of mind is worth it to me, and none of the fluid changes require all that much effort. Performing my own maintenance gives me more peace of mind.

My last trip was 8K miles and I planned on an oil change and tire rotation while I had a couple days in Seattle. The experience I had with the dealer's service team was "less than stellar". I asked if I could take a look at my brakes while the wheels were off. "Sorry, insurance prohibits us......yadda yadda". The kid who performed the service told me he'd take videos for me. He put my car on the lot after the service and left. Never told anyone my car was done or showed me any video. I only found that my car was ready because a took a walk around the lot and found my PP parked with the key in it and the hazards on. I should have driven away right there. I had a floor jack with me and could have done the work myself in 1/4 of the time they kept me waiting.

We who do our own maintenance do so for lots of reasons. Peace of mind is huge, cost and enjoyment also play a part for me.

I installed a Fumoto drain valve, and if I parked on a curb I wouldn't even need my jack so no tools required at all.
