I say "Review" in quotes because this isn't a professional review by any stretch. But I just put a set of these on my (new to me) 23' Passport Trailsport and drove it 1,000 from San Diego, to the CA Eastern Sierra in rain, snow, ice, offroad, etc. As somewhat hybrid A/T's go, these are pretty darn amazing. I averaged about 25mpg for the trip, including several off road sessions, multiple high altitude climbs, long stretches of 80mph plus and heavy use of snow and mud modes while in the Sierra for a week at 8000 feet plus. So no MPG penalty, that's for sure. They are dead quiet except for at low speeds...the tread pattern shows itself to be more A/T than on road which is to be expected. Handling is pretty darn good for an A/T biased tire. Certainly better than the factory Firestone Destination garbage they replaced. I drove it on some canyon roads and was able to hustle it fairly well for a 4400 lb Soccer Taxi. They are excellent in rain...no hydroplaning and basically the car drives like it's on dry roads. They are literally fail proof in the snow. I've had Duratracs, TA/KO2's, Wildpeak AT4's and Geolanders on a number of 4x4's and SUV's over the years (Jeeps, another Passport, Suburbans, my current GMC Sierra, etc.) and these are EASILY the best in the snow and ice, bar none. I had the thing in 5"-8"+ of snow and completely iced over roads for a good part of the last few days and no issues whatsoever. Part of that is the car's AWD and TCS, but the tires make a giant difference. They're still not dedicated snows but they are well worth their 3 Peak rating. Off road, in deep mud and on rocks, they work well but I think the Falkens are a bit better (owning to being more aggressive.) Still for slightly road biased AT's I have no complaints. I certainly didn't get stuck and they took me wherever I wanted to go. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. There are 2 downsides to these tires: They're not cheap. Remotely. At all. But you do seem to get what you pay for. Also, they do have a slightly harsher ride than the stock Firestones...about on par with the Wildpeaks and worse than the BFG's.
