With shipping the Elite‘s MSRP is $54,555 at my dealer. Add $500 for doc fee and license and $3,900+ in tax if no trade and you’d be right at $59,000. If there is a trade in and your state gives you the tax savings on the trade then it would be less than $59,000.
59k is the lowest that I've gotten so far in my two weeks of hunting in three states.

I picked up our Sunset Orange TS Elite last Monday. We paid $52,826 OTD, no trade-in. They even gave us both free baseball caps and my wife a Passport keychain. Everything was done via email and text.

Sunset Orange
TrailSport Elite
Black Emblem Package
All-weather mats
Auto-Dimming Mirror
MOLLE Panels

Couldn't be happier. (y)

Good deal-

Do you mind disclosing what part of the country you are in? My observation is that so far the eastern half of the country has higher Passport inventories and so prices are a little lower. Particularly in the mid-west. On the other hand not much inventory has made it to the intermountain west and so good deals are not as common.

I'm on the East Coast, in South Carolina.

I spoke with several dealerships in my area, and their prices ranged from $55,000 to $57,000+ (depending on the equipment). I eventually found a dealership about an hour away that had a single 2026 Passport on the lot, but it was White. After a few emails and texts with the manager, he agreed to find the color I wanted (Sunset Orange).

Our original agreed price was $53,326 OTD, but they called about two hours before I was scheduled to pick it up to inform me that it had 600 miles on it and a few extra options. They initially offered to reduce the price by $100 due to the mileage. I explained that I was expecting $1k off for that many miles, but I'd be willing to meet them halfway at $500 off, and I wasn't going to pay for any of the extra options. They agreed!

In the end, I was expecting a lot of pushback, but they were actually really easy to work with. They are, hands down, the most honest and professional sales team I've ever encountered. I'll likely buy from them again in the future—not just because of the price, but because the entire experience was a breath of fresh air.

I've been emailing dealerships, and it looks like they have no choice in customizing an order. They are saying when one comes in, they can let me know. This don't sound right.

"Okay. It is a process that we have to go through. so in about two weeks is when he will be able to request a car and then honda will et us know if they approve it or not. If we get an approval then I will reach out to you with pricing."
Honda's website has a vehicle locator feature, which I used. Put in the exact car you want and it will tell you when & where that vehicle is scheduled to be allotted. If it's within an acceptable distance, email the dealer(s) and make your best deal.

Happy new owner of a Sunset Orange TS Elite Blackout: 50957 + 627 Doc/Title + 4318 Tax - 500 Military = 55402 OTD (no trade). Huge shoutout to Honda West Las Vegas... was told when placing deposit that the online quote given was a mistake but they would still honor it, great team and highly recommended. Ask for Marcus

Great deal! nice color but I would change out the white wheels. Even doing that you got a spectacular deal.
The white wheels are an add-on. Why would they change them out after paying for them?

The white wheels weren't my first choice, but given the price and deal I got I can live with them haha. They do look waaaayyyyy better in person than in photos. The Ash Green Metallic also looks way better in person as well.

If anyone is in the NJ area, Honda of Princeton has the Sunset Orange Trailsport Elite for $5100 off MSRP as of when I left the dealership yesterday. You'd have to go through Trucar for the $5100 off though. They do force the security package though sooo more like $4300 off MSRP in the end haha.

We ordered one of the dealers allocated red TrailSport Elites to be delivered in the next few weeks.

I no longer think at $50K+ these Hondas are any sort of a bargain or even a great value. We are hoping the quality and reliability is there as it was with our 2011, but on a 1st year refresh, you just never know. $40-45K would be one thing, but these $50-55K+ unit costs are pretty stifling...

The most we can hope for seems to be a reliable and rapidly depreciating asset that serves a good purpose while it loses all that value. The alternatives either had a worse fit for our needs, or lower reliability expectations, or a higher cost with a similar use case. In the midwest where we checked pricing, they are basically the Honda website MSRP. For some folks having Honda Motor corp buy down the interest rates from Honda Finance Corp a couple of points is about the only discount we noticed anywhere.

Costs would seem to be averaging $60-65K for the vehicle + maintenance for the next decade or so... about ~$500-$550/month for the next ten years if you assume say 120K miles over that time and ignore fuel or any financing costs.

These are currently rare as hens teeth around here. No dealer seems to keep more than one or two and the more in demand package/trim units are gone usually when they arrive.

I really hope the new Ridgeline will get the Passport looks and refresh or maybe even better.

The 2026 is all new from the ground up and not a mere refresh, from everything I have read. That may or may not give you comfort But I trust the history of Honda’s overall reliability scores. We are enjoying our ‘26 TS after 3,000 miles.

Yes, but it's mostly based on current pilot that has been out for 2-3 years

I cast a wide net (anything east of the Mississippi) when looking for a 2026 PPT Trailsport Elite. The Midwest did indeed have some eye popping discounts, but I worked 2 dealers in the DC area working the Memorial Day sales. One had me at 53k plus tax (with $700 in accessories) OTD for a Sonic Pearl Elite Blackout. The other had me at 51.5k plus tax (with $900 in accessories) OTD for a Sunset Orange Elite. I went with the orange and I'll black it out later....super stoked! My big pumpkin! : )
