If you have gotten the IdleStop software update then the system won't engage if your battery is not in a good state of health. If the engine shuts down a weak battery may not be able to restart it so get your battery checked by the dealer.
By the way, a lot of folks would be happy if their IdleStop system stops engaging without having to but the IdleStopper device.
