Hey everyone. I'm really considering buying a Passport for my next vehicle. I always wanted one back in the early 2000s and was never able to pick one up. But here I am, close to buying a new car, and this one's on my short list.

One reason I came here is to look for a comparison of trims, features, years, etc. I believe there are some posts like this on the Accord forum I frequent. I'm trying to decide which year is best and which trim level would have the features I want. For example, it looks like not all trims have the 120v outlet and I'd like to have one if it's reasonable to level up. CarPlay is a must. That's really the main reason I'm considering such a new car.

There was a old post listing some of the differences between production years, but nothing including 2022/2023 models.
Except for 2019 & 2020 Sport Trim models, all Passports have CarPlay. Sorry, don't know about the 120v outlet.

Google is your friend
Thanks. It led me here.

I was hoping to find a post that someone would've put together showing what colors, trims, features were available for each model year. For example... on the 9th gen Accords, only certain colors were available for the V6 6MT models. So if that's what I'm looking for, I need to narrow my search to those specific colors.

It's a lot easier to put all this together for a 2020 Passport in 2019/2020 than it is in 2023.

Maybe someone can do this going forward?

The best place to get full comparison info is on the Honda website.

Thanks but I'm looking for older model years. Unless I'm not seeing the link on the site.

The features and specs are largely unchanged from 2019 so the information Honda has online is still valid. However, find attached the trim comparison chart for the 2019-2021 model years.

2019 Touring has Car Play & a 120v outlet in the rear, also has Acoustic Glass (which helps reduce outside noise), I'd say if buying used and wanting the most features look for an Elite or Touring...

Cheers

Yes, stuff like acoustic glass is something I'd want to know about! If it's a matter of paying a little bit more but having that, I'd look for it.

Right now, I'm in a spot where I don't need a car. I don't think my car will just die, like my Ford did. So now, I'm just saving up money and looking to see what's out there.

Other than the outlet and Car Play, what else do you need?

In my case I absolutely needed (wanted) ventilated seats which unfortunately only were available in Elite trim.

Since I do some mild-offroading, I purchased a smaller set of Trailsport wheels and added All-Terrain tires.

Good luck!
