If you are referring to the VCM Tuner II, it's the green wire to ground to deactivate it not the blue wire. Blue wire is to connect an optional coolant level alarm. I plan on adding a ground lead with a toggle switch inside the cabin so I can deactivate the VCM Tuner without having to go under the hood.
