I've seen 30" tall tires on a Passport, without any issues. 31" tall tires have been unsuccessful, without additional modifications to either the suspension or the fender well.

The 2023 Pilot Trailsport has OEM 30.5" tall and a 10.7" section width tires (265/60/18) according to Tire Rack dot com.
The 2022 Passport Trailsport has OEM 29.6" tall and 9.8" section width tires (245/60/18).

The height is not going to be the problem, but that height combined with the section width differences will make them rub.

Let someone else try this combo first.
