May 2019 purchase - 3 rocks = 3 double chips & 12" crack. Subaru prev recalled windshields as being defective or inferior in quality as easily chipped and cracked on it's own. Look for more to report this to dealer so American Honda can review recall.

Only had my touring for a week before the first good sized chip. Previous Pilot had three windshields replaced in 14 months. maybe something to this?
Mine was just replaced after 3500 miles. It was a pain to get things realigned.
It is a popular item. Windshields (OEM) for the Elite are presently back-ordered. First hand knowledge.
We bought our Scarlet Passport Sport in mid-May, it still has < 1K miles. This afternoon it got a ± 1" crack a few inches only from the driver's side VIN bottom corner while driving back home from the (Newport CA) beach, grrrrr! Fragile windshield indeed. I've driven over 6 different cars in the last 30 yrs all around the busy L.A. area without anything similar happening so soon to their windshields, so easily, indeed. Honda!

Seems will be hard to prove.
