Return to the dealer (and hopefully same salesperson) and request they order a replacement Monroney label for you. They can do it, if they are willing. They may charge you (perhaps $10?), and it will be shipped directly to you, takes about 10 days. Be nice and you'll get it for free.

I would contact your local dealer and ask. My last BMW was a 3 year old Certified car, and when I asked for a reprinted original window sticker, the best they could was a a printout of the features and packages it had...

Does anyone know where I can buy or download a OEM-looking window sticker for my Passport's owner's book?
If you're the original owner and bought it new you should have been given the original window sticker. It's the law.

But he's not the original purchaser, he bought it used.
Likely best bet would be working with original dealer, of course. You can use VinCheck.info to locate dealer that originally received the vehicle from Honda manufacturing, and hopefully was also the selling dealer. But since you purchased it in another state, and likely not from that same dealer, still better butterin' up to local dealer, finding a sympathetic ear there and paying some marginal fee for their assistance.
Or there are the multiple (likely scammer) sources on web searches.

Good Luck. Persistence prevails when all else fails ;)

Contact that dealer and ask for a replacement. The manufacturer allows them to order one replacement Label within the first 6 months of original sale date. Hopefully yours is 6 months old or less
