Did you search Discount Tire by your vehicle? If you enter your HP it will show those wheels that do fit.

And if you're really not sure, call them. I've had great experience with Discount Tire over the years (wheels and tires).

Good luck.

+35mm offset is what most of the rims people are selling for the Passport are, so you should not have an issue, the rims I was looking at are +35mm off set as well!

This site shows factory wheels have a +55 offset, not a +35. 18X8.5 +35 offset wheels will be further out than 18X8.5 +55 offset wheels by .79”. The +35 may be fine.......I would not want any part of the tire/wheel sticking out past the fender. Old saying......you mount a tire to a new wheel, you bought the wheel.......no returns.

Thanks for all the replies. Yes, I did enter my vehicle in the Discount Tire site. Thanks especially for the comments on offset. I sure don't want the tires to protrude out past the fenders. I don't want it to look like a Matchbox car!

One way to check is to place a yard stick horizontally at the fender/wheel opening. Measure from the stock tire sidewall out to the yard stick. At .79" that aftermarket +35 offset wheel/tire combo should be flush/even with the fender/wheel opening. Less the .79", that +35 offset wheel is likely to place the tire/wheel out past the fender/wheel opening.
