I have snows on 18" Ridgeline wheels (with Honda sensors) from a 17 Ridgeline that I intend on using on a Passport. Has anyone attempted this? I know that the sensor part numbers are different. Thanks in advance.

If the 2017 ridgeline's dashboard displays a numerical tire pressure value, they will work.
I came across this when I bought a full sized spare for my 2007 Acura MDX, which did display a numerical value, for each tire. I bought a steel ridgeline rim that had a tps sensor. When I had a flat and mounted my spare the value, for the spare, was missing from my display.

I can confirm that the 2nd Gen Ridgeline does have individual tire pressure numbers. Interesting that the pressure number disappeared on your MDX when mounting the spare. I would think that these rims would be compatible between the Ridgeline/Passport/Pilot.

Yes, they should work. The part numbers are actually all the same now (or at least were on a second revision). Also, I just ordered aftermarket TPMS from Tire Rack for my new wheels and they use the exact same part number for Ridgelines and Passports. Fairly certain the Pilot is the same too.
