Where does this piece belong?

This piece got dislodged after my husband vacuumed my vehicle. He didn't notice until the next day. We've tried searching the inside of the vehicle but cannot find where it belongs? Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.

How big in diameter is it, and in what location of the Passport did you find it? It says Caution - Moving Parts Unplug before Opening. Make me think it's not part from the Passport. Perhaps from something you transported in the past?
I speculate it is maybe part of your vacuum. Unplug before opening implies it came off something with a power cord. Moving parts implies a motor or something that moves with electricity. Also looks like it has fine dust in a blown pattern on it.

It looks like a part from the floor mat hold downs. Check them first

That's what I thought, too. But as GreyBeard pointed out "Moving Parts. Unplug Before Using" is stamped on it. 'Doesn't make sense.

It goes on the front of the Dirt Devil that was being used to vacuum the car. It is a cover plate for where the suction hose plugs in.

Perhaps the is part of the system to hold the floor mat in place. Check your manual.
@louierg

You're late to the already completed puzzle party.

Turn out the lights...

Thank you. Someone discovered that it belongs to the vacuum my husband used.
