Where do you put your phone when it's plugged into car play/android auto?

I've been putting it in one of the cup holders, but wondering if there is a better solution out there.

The little cubby between the heated seat buttons seems too small for a phone, and likewise the storage spot below that with the wireless charging pad is also a little too short when the phone has a usb cord sticking out the bottom of it.

I bought some seat Gap filler protectors. I pushed them a couple of inches down which makes a little shelf. Passenger and I can both slip our phones right there and both of us can use the cup holders. I drink a lot of water and there's a water bottle holder on your door. If it's just me, I use the cup holder. I bought a wireless device for my Android auto that's a small usb plug. I no longer have to plug my phone in. I also bought a air vent cell phone holder. I got the smallest there was. I put it on the vent on the left side of the steering wheel. Also on long trips, if your phone starts to heat up, when the air conditioner is running it cools your phone. In the winter I just put the vents coming out on the floor.

The back of the slot is smaller than the front. I bought this whole set of liners for every hole in that car. I had a couple left over that didn't fit my model. The two odd shaped ones on that bottom line fit perfectly in the hole. It keeps my stuff from flying out. They do line up flat but I had to pull all my junk out of it to take the picture and noticed they came ajar. If you'll notice it had two rubber liners for where you put your phone. And I bought a rubber cup liner to protect my console and put two of the other cup holder liners in it too. Keeps my stuff from rattling around that I put in the cup holder. They come in all black. A blue stripe, a gray, a red and plain. I like the gray stripe. He keeps everything from making noise and sliding around.

It's a Beltronic. It is a great radar detector. It will pick up someone a mile away. It'll pick up if they're on the other side of the Hill. I have a rubber mat on top of the dash. When I'm in the city, it's not a problem. I pretty much do the speed limits. A lot of times I just turn it off cuz it warns me constantly. It picks up security systems and such and beeps says K-ban. If it's says KA band, it's the police. When it first warns you it's really loud but then it gets soft after a few tones. It can be very annoying. When I'm on the highway or the interstate I put it on that rubber mat on the dash. It does get a better signal up there. It doesn't move or slide around at all. However if I slam on the brakes, I'm sure it will move even if in the hole. I do have a holder that sticks on the windshield but I hate the cord. Passport has a really deep dash.

Lilly, where did you get that little button compass that I see on your center console?
it came with my pressure set and auto shut off digital air pump for my car. I kind of laugh when I saw it. But I thought what the heck, I'll put it in the car. I just wanted to see if it would work and if I would use it. It does work but I'm not sure its super accurate. It's on that rubber pad that I bought, it doesn't move or go anywhere driving. I never used the charging pad so I just turned it off. Mine has a button to turn it on and off on the pad itself. That's where I put that front facing

camera monitor. I did find some ones that aren't too big. They're rated 4 to 4.3 Stars on Amazon. I found this one that I liked that's relatively small. And it does glow in the dark. I find that I do look at it and use it on occasion. I'm thinking about purchasing this one.

I have a ProClip but I've put it on the passenger a/c vent. Best phone holder I've ever used. I have a S23+ that holds a functional charge for about 3-4 days depending on usage. I never plug it in when in my car. I have one of those wireless stand chargers on my bedside table. I don't think I ever plugged my phone in - just don't have a need to.
