I am a relatively new owner of a 2021 Passport - August 2023. I purchased it with roughly 9,900 miles ( When I took possession of it there was an extra 200 miles on it- that's a story for another time. ) I am up to about 14.5k and the code 16 came up. I did my research and saw that the oil needs to be changed and the differential fluid. I thought that the differential fluid is good for at least 60,000 miles. Is this an up sale gimmick on Honda's part or is this really necessary?
