What's the cost on that for what you are doing? I found an installer near me for XPEL.Nice, tomorrow I'll be getting my front end (except the rough black plastic parts), hood, fenders and door handle cut-outs all fitted with XPEL...!
For getting labels off, this thing is the best. Was it hard to get off? I've wanted to do this. Also, how do you get the dealership labeling off?
Thanks.
I have the exact thing! They work great!@ProdGirl , I've been using these little aluminum steps that clip onto your door latch for easy access to the roof. They're cheap, strong, and stow perfectly in the back door pocket. They might help.
Here's what I just installed today. Very easy to pop in and out. Used a thin blade screwdriver to carefully pry off the covers.Nice. They look clean.
Where’d you get the bulbs at? And do they just pop in and replace the old ones or did you have to rewire anything?
Habit, I guess. With the salt and crud from winter, here in VA and previously in Wisconsin and Minnesota, I clean them up and put them away for next winter. Otherwise, they look grungy. I do the same with the OEM carpet mats in the winter. Clean them up and put them away until spring. Why remove the all weather mats?
I had them in my CRV and now the passport, and live in So Cal., no rain or snow for months! But love how they keep all the dirt and pebbles contained for a quick clean up!
Detailed to get that awesome shine?
Thanks! I'm sure someone who has the expertise could do it quickly. Took me about 2 hours total. $17 for a roll of the Vvivid vinyl wrap from Amazon. Skol! Thanks a lot scooter, that looks awesome and is going to cost me some money! I took a picture of it with my cell phone and will be visiting the guy who did my clear bra to see if they can do it for a reasonable price...
Cheers!
