Got my first bird-dropping down the driver's door, easily removed with some bottled water and a towel....

Nice SG, I have only driven mine to work and back... I opened the sun roof and noticed a lot of wind noise at 45-50mph...

I just put mine on as well, then as soon as I saw the way they looked, immediately went online and got my custom plates ordered! I'll have to change my screen name to ADVPASS soon!
You got the Black plates right?

Here's what my Passport got today:
1. CD Player installed, first CD I played was the remastered copy of Simple Minds: "New Gold Dream" and the punch of the bass-lines is incredible!
2. Installed my WeatherTech front Floor Liners and they fit awesome and cover everything, if you can avoid the Honda Brand mats.
3. Got the Door Sill Protectors installed: they look great and will protect those areas from accidental scuffing - highly recommended!
4. Received my CoverCraft UVS100 Sunscreen; this this is mega-heavy duty, fits perfectly and stores away in the rear under floor cubby!

Dropped off the rig for the installation of clear bra (xpel) on the front bumper pieces and to have the front windows tinted.
Nice, tomorrow I'll be getting my front end (except the rough black plastic parts), hood, fenders and door handle cut-outs all fitted with XPEL...!

What's the cost on that for what you are doing? I found an installer near me for XPEL.
$1,495 and they are also doing the mirrors and would have included the rear bumper, if I had not already bought that through Honda...!

Got it done, looks great, I'd show you a picture, but since it's clear you wouldn't be able to see it...!

nstalled sunvisor stickers to cover the warning labels. Those labels never bothered me before, but with the Passport's all black interior they really stand out. I got them from Sunvisorsolutions.com. For $4.00 you can order a sample of all the colors and fabrics. They offer four colors of black. I chose #1575 "Perfect Black". Very close match to the color and texture of the sunvisor. I order the full sheet and cut to size, espcially since I wanted to cover the two warning stickers on the driver side visor with a one-piece black sticker.

How much do you need to do both Visors?

thanks

Slight diameter increase. 265/45/20 to 255/65/17 tires.
Was it you that picked up some Ridgeline Rims? They look great, any rubbing? What tires did you go with?

How did it go with the running board installation? Is it hard to cut out the 2 plastic trim area to mount the bracket??? I want to get the smooth edge and perfect cut. Any tools / knife that you can suggest that can get a round and smooth edge cut out???
I just found a guy installing RB on a late model Pilot and it is basically the same:
I did not watch all of it, but it gives you a good idea for what to look for.

The hardest part is being down on the ground, I had a couple pieces of foam and some old bath towels, so that made it ok. I'll go thru the steps here for one side of the PP:
1. Unpack everything and separate the Left & Right components.
2. Tools; 13mm socket, a socket wrench, Torque wrench (20in/lb), box cutter with a new blade.
3. Cut out the (3) relief spots in the plastic under piece. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT A PERFECT CUT - IT IS HIDDEN BY THE RB's.
4. Install the brackets for the side of the vehicle you are doing first, LEAVE THEM LOOSE.
5. Lay the Running Board across the brackets, some what line up the mating holes.
6. Install the CENTER bolts into the RB, LEAVE THEM LOOSE.
7. Install the REAR bolts into the RB, LEAVE THEM LOOSE.
8. Install the FRONT bolts into the RB, SNUG THEM with socket wrench.
9. SNUG the CENTER RB bolts.
10. SNUG the REAR RB bolts.
11. SNUG the REAR bolts - to the PP body.
12. SNUG the CENTER bolts - to the PP body.
13. SNUG the FRONT bolts - to the PP body. Use Torque wrench to torque FRONT PP bolts to 20 in/lb.
14. Use Torque wrench to torque CENTER PP bolts to 20 in/lb.
15. Use Torque wrench to torque REAR PP bolts to 20 in/lb.
16. Use Torque wrench to torque REAR RB bolts to 20 in/lb.
17. Use Torque wrench to torque CENTER RB bolts to 20 in/lb.
18. Use Torque wrench to torque FRONT RB bolts to 20 in/lb.
19. Repeat for other side.

Seriously, this takes LESS than two hours, if you have a lift, probably less than 1 hour!
It's sad that the dealers charging $200 - $400 to install these..

NOTE: For Passport Owners in So. Cal.: Bring your NON-LIGHTED Running Boards over and I'll install them for $100...!

Cheers

Heck, if I installed it free, it would still cost you more...!

I'm not too mechanical, but it was an easy job, let us know how it goes...

Hello folks, just an update.
An attendant said its wires In there and some storage to where the technician can do their wiring and stuff. Which sounds like some BS to me. And will cost me $140.00 just to get it checked.
The other dude said it’s the seat belt assembly that’s in there.
Makes me wonder. What was that cracking noise I heard when I was pushing it? Could it be them styrofoams or insulator stuff...
Hooh boy, the more I think of it, the more I really want to open it.?‍♂
OCD folks.
If you are talking about the bump in the overhead panel behind the rear passenger seat, I saw that a few months ago and I think I posted a picture, but I was told it had to do with the seat-belts, so I never bothered with it afterwards..
