I started doing my research around the possibilities how to mount a WARN winch in my Passport. Not a big fan of hitch mounted winch carriers because they look … ugly. I’m looking for professional and integrated INTO bumper solutions like the one presented on this clip.

Is there anyone here who were able to achieve this effect? If not, are you guys thinking its even possible to do so in Passport? The bumper’s black plastic area behind the plate bracket is crying to mount there a hidden winch. Also both rigs (Jeep and Honda) are having pretty much very similar fronts.

I too would like to see an option. Looking through the bumper at minimum it looks like it would cover about 1/3 or 1/4 of the radiator, which isn’t great.

Other than that, I haven’t ripped the front bumper off enough to see what’s above the skid plate, and if there are any solid frame attachment points for a custom winch mount to bolt up to. Would be interested though if someone made one.

That looks super clean! I also was thinking the about radiator and atf cooler, but when traveling at a very low speed (offroad) and with the radiator's electric fan, i think it would be okay 🤷‍♂️.

I saw no-lo had a prototype atf cooler fan. That would be a must-have for a winch mounted inside the front bumper.

I agree the integrated winch looks great if it were available. I think I will invest in a hitch mount winch, because when one is stuck it's not about looking the coolest, it's about getting home. Plus, I can quickly remove it when I'm not headed into the woods.
