USB for music / Phone issue

I was able to get my iPhone to work with the Passport system using phone calls, text messages and address book. However, only if it is plugged into the USB - Phone/Ipod port on the dash. I was also able to play music from my USB stick (64GB). However, I can not do both? I tried using a couple different USB Hubs as well.
Honda Music will only allow 8GB I believe? Any other suggestions?

Great day driving around getting used to all the features. Also took it on the 405 Freeway, so please with how quiet the ride is compared to my other 4 Honda's (even with good tires)...Didn't get any stares or comments though :(!

You should be able to upload music onto the Honda hard drive, which will free up your USB port for your phone. (Another reason why I added the CD player)...

Were the songs in the mp3 format? If so how many songs were you able to load?

I burned a CD with 9hours of music, 127 songs in the mp3 format and it's size is 693MB, which is less than one tenth of 8GB, so one should be able to load up 90 hours of music and over 1200 songs...!
