I noticed we have the tailgate hatch button on our fob's but of course, the tailgate doesn't have the hardware to make it work. Does anyone have thoughts on if the tailgate could be retrofitted to work with the key? That would be cool for my wife!

That company does not make one for the Passport Sport. Currently no aftermarket one exists. I have a Sport and I reached out to them.

Auto ease has one for the pilot might work for the passport theres a you tube video on it

Yeah, @ $700 I'd say it's out of most sane individuals.
