Use a mild soap solution as the instructions recommend, line them up and work out the tiny air bubbles. Take your time.

Yes, I used a trim removal tool to get the film tight to the bevel (bumper) and then used a x-acto blade to trim the film along the flat edge at he bottom of the light.

I messed mine up, but haven't gotten around to ordering new ones. I will take the fog light housings out next time, and do them on a table. I ended up cutting mine off with a razor to make it work.

When I put the Lamin-X on my fog lights, I just used a trim tool to get the film under the bumper; easy to do and I did NOT want to remove the lights just to add the film. I used the same procedure on our CR-V.

I like the white light. I could see better at night. I had crappy yellow lights on my GMC. I dont see why you would want these.
