Never heard of this in the last 25 years. Many years ago a few cars had this feature but not lately.
Its a chiming sound that let you know your turn signal Left?right is still blinking. In trucking industry it was a joke, Driver turn tour turn signal off before you run out of blinker fluid.

Volume can not be adjusted for the turn signal sounds. Nor can the number of blinks be increased or decreased, unlike some other brands.
Possibly the dealer can change the number of blinks. I'm going to ask when I go for my first oil change.

This is funny, I have a issue with not hearing the turn signal too. I also have issues hearing my Wife too, the issues could be relate?
Turn signal volume very low compared to other vehicles that I have owned , maybe can be fixed with software update ?
On a related note, I'd love to be able to increase the volume of the warning tone that sounds when the word BRAKE flashes on the screen.
Blinker fluid? Is that like muffler bearings?

Here is the path to adjust the volume:

Settings > Vehicle > Meter Setup > Adjust Alarm Volume (choices are - High - Medium - Low)

Note: Car must be running or "Vehicle" in the above path will not show up on the screen.
