No, from this list of TSB for 2019 Passport. TSB 16-087 is dated "September 18, 2018" and supercedes one from "September 9, 2017". Hopefully, Passports were addressed prior to or during production?
Yeah, I was thinking maybe the Passport went through the production line a little later (later than 2019 Pilot or Ody).
Or maybe Passport has a slight different variant of ZF9. Variants of ZF9 is hard to find, even wiki is vague. 9HP48 is grouped with all the current ZF9, but I know Jeep's ZF9 and Honda ZF9 are a little different.

Indeed, the troubled early Jeep and Honda ZF9 on 16/17/18 models was due to mostly a wiring issue at assembly time and so only certain date lots were problems. There was some bad programming too. I think this TSB is probably similar to the wiring issue limited to only the bad batch and they would have included the Passport if needed.

Now if they could get around the stupid dog clutches hesitating at gears 4-5 and 8-9 that would be nice but I think it is part of the basic design that can't be refined. It's otherwise smooth if they build it right...
