Hello All:
I am picking up a new to me 2020 Passport Touring on Saturday. This vehicle has the factory tow hitch and 7-pin connector installed. I asked if it has the transmission cooler for the tow package and I've been told yes. However, I don't really trust any dealer so I want to verify the transmission cooler is there when I pick it up. Where is it installed or how can I verify it is in fact installed?

The cooler is bolted to the front of the radiator, you should be able to see it through the grill.

Here is a photo. The transmission cooler is black vs the radiator or A/C condenser which are bare metal.

Have a 2021 EX-L and no transmission cooler on it. Had to install a new one one it, rather expensive for it. If you are going to tow 5000lbs you are to have to have one.
