That 2022 kit probably include labor.

I'm going to have to research this one a bit more. I see the model ending in 316 replaced the model ending in 306. It didn't fit my 2022 VIN on their website.
I'll have to see the reality on the one ending 317, if that's labor or just the part or anything specific to the 2022 redesign.

I’m interested in this, does anyone know what the difference is? And does anyone know if the 2022-2023 passports make the 7-8 shift noise when the cooler is installed? Heavy reports of this issue for the 2019-2021 passports: Transmission Noise in PPs with Transmission Coolers
