Whether you swap wheels with TPMS sensors or rotate wheels/tires, it will relearn automatically. It may take a few miles for it to recognize the TPMS sensors has been changed or relocated.
So there is no relearn procedure after rotating tires?
There is no relearn procedure.
And if it needed a "relearn" you would need a tpms programming tool (not low priced)

This maybe a silly question, but I just sold my 2006 TL and it had TPMS and it showed the PSI for each tire, which was reassuring, and EXTREMELY useful to know what the Pressure is (when its cold vs warm)... in the 2021 EX-L, there seems to be TPMS, but I cannot locate (or maybe it doesn't) exist .... the display of the PSI on each tire? Is that feature only available on Higher level Trims? I would really hate it if that was the case, and then I would really want to know if there is some way to "FIND OUT" or reprogram the TPMS to let you know via a dashboard, or the iPhone APP what the Pressure is. I did have a "low pressure" indicator go on.... couldn't even figure out WHAT tire out of the 4 was causing it to go on, so had to check every single one. (this normally happens when its really cold out - the tire pressure naturally drops couple of points) ... specially if it was already 'borderline'

I wonder if other EX-L owners were able to remedy something for this?

I was just saying that I cant find the reassuring 32 32 32 32 on the infotainment: , but only that "TIRE PRESSURE IS OKAY"

I looked up the sell sheet/ press kit info here and it doesn't say that there is a difference between EX/Sport/touring/elite:

The individual tire pressure info has to be there ON THE MAIN MENU (DASHBOARD) not the infotainment system.

As two of us have confirmed, via the manual, that your model has the capability.

Thank You (Yeah) i found that page too in the Manual.... I just couldn't see it in the Dashboard (and when I said the "INFOTAINMENT" i really meant the DASHBOARD display (sorry) ... ) okay now I am anxious to sit down and flip through the menus again when I get home. This is exactly what I had in mind! My ACURA TL's display was a MONOCHROME 60x120 points display, from back in the day, but it did the trick! =) I will report back!

This is my first vehicle with built in TPMS and I have to say I really like it. I still get out there once a week with a gauge while I'm doing the rest of my vehicles. Wish there was a tpms for the spare.

pshadoa & Mt.Man offered some great solutions to check tire pressure on Honda's upside-down-mounted spare tire.
