Has anybody looked into these. I think their real cool and definitely gets my attention when I’m on the road and somebody breaks in front of me with this device on. Let me hear your opinions on this before I buy one.

I have a similar one on my Triumph motorcycle. It works very well & several people have told me how much more they notice it compared to a bike without one.

I see some built into the bulb so you don’t have to put this module in. I think I might just get the bulbs with it built in already. Looks a lot easier.

Search on this site. Months ago there was a post regarding the install info for PPs for this type of device. I bought it after reading the post but never did get around to installing it.

I installed one of these soon after purchasing our Passport. Strobe affect definitely attracts attention of following drivers, and it was easy install. (Previous thread by another member).

Note: Some of these devices do not repeat the strobe cycle if brake pedal is released and then re-engaged within 10 seconds . . . making them less obnoxious to following drivers during stop-n-go traffic. However this FXC device does repeat the strobe every time brake pedal (switch) is engaged. Overall, highly recommended.

Okay, can anyone confirm or not that the third (top) brake light flashing on initial brake is not standard on 2021? My 2021 EX-L top brake light flashes like 3 times, on initial braking. Bought new and did not do any modifications. I had been assuming it was a stealth addition to 2021 over the '19 and '20 PP

Not on my 2021 Elite. Does all 3 have the flashing back light or only the top one?

I’m reading that it’s illegal in NJ on some threads and some threads it’s legal. I’m so confused

It’s only my top brake light that flashes. I just checked it in my garage. It flashes 5 times and will flash 5 times every time brake is pressed. No cool down haha

I installed the brake module on my top brake light and actually so easy it took me 20 minutes to install. Bought the module at super bright leds. Just be careful when splicing the car wires. They are small and brittle compared to the ones that come on the module. You can’t install just the bulbs that blink on the top brake light. They have 10 leds and is a sealed compartmen. If you own a 2021 passport you have to use the module for the top brake light.
