Super bummed lately to where I can’t even eat or sleep , purchased the car on 1/14/21 , and it now has 1,100 miles on it and has been back to the dealer twice and tomorrow will make the 3rd time. All for the same issue. Each time they say it’s caused by something else and they perform a service then the problem goes away for about a day. Today I contacted Honda customer service and got a case number established , don’t know how much that will help but now for each service I have a number to reference it too , I love my car I mean that’s why I bought it but I can’t stand to drive it from all the noise and squeaks and clunks coming from the front end. Any suggestions ???

Are you getting the clunk from the front end when reversing and turning your wheel to the right?

And what other issues are you having?

I’m having a creaking noise coming from the drivers side strut tower ...sounds like the car is coming apart when turning going over bumps and taking off from a stop , on the passenger side front end there’s a constant vibration that appears randomly , and there’s a clicking noise that comes from the push button shifter any time you slow down and the transmission downshifts it makes a loud click coming from the buttons usually in sequence of 1-3 times and then when you start to accelerate it happens again. Dealer claims all this was caused by my drivers side front strut missing a bolt/fastener that “must have been over looked on the assembly line “ so they fixed that ...for 24 hours all the vibrations and noises quit , but then all came back , drove it straight back to the dealer and they kept it for another day , then said it had a bad control arm. They replaced that and driving it home all the noises and clicks and vibrations came back. Turned around and brought back , as of today they have had the car for 3 days and put me in a loaner car. I haven’t had an update yet. They have actually been very empathetic and seem to care but being an ex-service writer I know they probably think I’m “that annoying customer “ hoping for an update tomorrow

Hard to say, since you don't tell us what the problems are...
2 different front suspension noises and vibrations more of a scary muted creaking , groaning noise than a clunky sound , accompanied by a plastic sounding clicking ticking noise coming from the center console when downshifting from 50mph -15mph and when accelerating from stops , dealer has been Able to replicate them but none of their fixes have stopped the issue for longer than 24 hours

I’d recommend another dealer. That’s a whole lot of frustration and BS!

Agree with others on finding another dealer to solve the problem. If you search for "Rocks in the Hatch" on the forum, you can read my problems I had with my first Passport. Dealer ended up replacing my Passport with another one. Very frustrating when you buy a brand new car, you expect it to be perfect and it should be. My emails with Corp. Honda kept blaming the dealer for all of the problems with the car and the dealer was blaming the factory. And there you are stuck in the middle as the customer getting shafted.

I had VW beetles back in high school and had, GTI, Jetta’s and a Passat And a 2018 Tiguan. I had so many problems with them, but I was so stupid and I loved the brand so much I kept going back for the abuse. I did have some Honda mixed in over the years. My Honda’s were very good, but I did have a few minor issues, I drove a 1998 civic brand new off the lot and in the morning oil was under the car. Brought it back with 20 miles on it and it needed a rear main seal. I had a 2015 Pilot that had vibration and they replaced the driveshaft. No problems after that.

Hang in there, I’m sure it will they will fix it And make it right. My 2020 Passport has 4,200 miles on it and no unscheduled trips to the dealer. My Tiguan already had the transmission pulled out by then.

This sounds scarier than the haunted house I took the kids through years ago.

I'm sorry for your problems and hope they figure it all out. Good job starting a case.
I know its not your job, but I'd crawl under it with a super bright light and look for anything shiny, cracked, peculiar or missing.

Best of luck.

I believe the dealer probably solved your problems. If not, please check the part of 5 fluids and coolant in your car, see how about these partial works (if the situations are not good, replace these ones). Good Luck.

Review your lemon laws quietly. Know your rights. Are the sum of these problems the same for each visit or not. Lemon laws are specific. Could one bolt have cause so much collateral damage that your problems will never stop?

I don’t know how about the mileage you did drove. You can check transfer fluid, transmission fluid and coolant, these are not in functional condition. Please replace these one. It probably can help a little bit. Good luck.

I am as well. Getting a "clunk" when the vehicle is put in reverse and turning the wheel left or right.
they said it was the bulk head bolts for the front.
they retorqued them and we will se how that goes.
taking out the vehicle tomorrow for a good spin.

Think I bought one too, fortunately in Texas I bought it and reported it while still under manufacturer warranty and reported the issue before it runs out, yesterday was my 4th visit and they admitted they can't fix the issue and tried using a tech line blog post as an excuse. But when I first got there and they looked at it yesterday they tried blaming my new tires for having the incorrect speed rating, I tried not to be an asshole after he told me that because they're the OEM tires, just the newer model. Cross contact xl25s.

But it still pulls slightly to the right, first time I took it in after buying it from AutoNation, both front subframes were unfastened... yes, you read that right.
