2019 Elite. Was driving and out of no where. The main screen went black stating a network error connection lost. Along with the driver screen went blank as well. It seemed to me the system randomly rebooted while driving for what ever reason. Kinda scary seeing the electronics go dark. System glitch? Bought it brand new 6 months ago under 3k miles on it.

Same situation happened to our 2019 Odyssey EX-L. When I turned it off to hopefully reset, it will keep the main screen on trying to reboot. I was able to drive it to the dealer and a system reset fixed it. Perhaps a glitch. There was a software update last week when I took it in for service. It has never done this again or with my Passport.

do a video record. Save you lots of time. service must verify problem. Video does that right away. have had that problem and a host of others. Honda has replace 4 components including a wire harness.last fix was for turner and speedometer screen malfunction. Good luck. Hold on to your seat. Our problems surfaced 2700 miles. was much less intermittent and more regular after 4000 miles or so. Last repair, tuner, install at about 60000 miles. less than a 1000 miles later we have not had a problem. Like the vehicle, not the headaches and torture.

Just out of curiosity, how could it have had nearly 3000 miles on it, if you bought it brand new?

I have about 1500 on mine, system went dark yesterday afternoon between Columbus and Cleveland.. nothing.... then approximately 5 minutes later the XM started back on line and the whole thing came back up.. Also my CarPlay still acts up and mutes me so I am not able to be heard. I must unplug the phone and hold handset.. NOT a good thing to do in traffic.. I now just hang up and wait to redial.

Simple. Picked up at dealership drove it 400 miles. Then around for another hundred. Followed by 400 more all in the first week. Then add work home work and a couple more weekend jaunts out of state. The odometer was like the Everready bunny. It pounded that drum again and again.
