Storing your Passport

I'm about to leave on a 3 month trip overseas. I intend to leave my Passport in the Driveway in San Francisco.
Do I need to disconnect the Battery or something? Or can I just park and lock it?

Will you be able to park it near a 110v outlet? If so get an AGM trickle charger LINK and make sure the sun roof is closed.
