Steering Wheel Radio presets get stuck

Anyone else notice the Steering wheel preset radio controls get stuck when trying to change channels. It will not switch to the other xm preset. I have to hit the display screen buttons to get it to go back to normal. It happens randomly and I cant manually recreate it. Small bug I guess

Yes, I've seen this. Happened today. For others, its not a mechanical issue with the buttons, it appears to be a software bug.
