Yes, you are correct. In "S" mode and without the paddles (S-Auto mode), the engine revs are higher before shifting and throttle is more responsive than "D" mode. In effect, it is sportier.I see no references to S mode being sport mode? It refers S mode to Sequential Mode in the manual?
