Tried the Manuel and even youtube. Can’t figure out how to save a SIRIUS STATION when I find one I like and want to get back to it. Please help

My problem is just the opposite. Somehow I've managed to save some stations but I've been unable to delete those that were programmed before my purchase. I'm thinking that to save I just held down on my selection and after a bit it asked me which preset I wanted it in ???

Mostly 50s on 5, then 60's on 6, and even some 70's on 7.

Of course I've not read the manual.

Press one of the previously stored channel icons for a few seconds, there are more open spots if you scroll right/left
