Arrived on the beaches of the Pacific. Can go no further west...

Must be mindful of the large predators nearby. We are bite size morsels...

P.S. The vehicle handles very well on the winding roads of the PCH.

Yes, thanks. You are only seeing a glimpse of the trip. This is our 7th cross-country trip and each is a different route with new stops and destinations. Roadside America stops are diversions along the route that puts a smile on your face, allow us to take a break and stretch our legs. A beautiful country and varied landscapes to see. Here are a few more photos for you (minus the Passport), below.

Some suspension noise at low speeds. Will address that upon our return home. The adventure continues.

Today's event - land speed record attempt in a Passport. May be an unofficial record for a Honda Passport on the salt flats at the 45 mph posted speed limit, since no other Passport were present?

At the Bonneville Salt Flats (it stretches for many square miles)...

It is Speed Week, with a pit area that stretches for miles)...

And all types of vehicles to be seen...

What do you get when you add sunflowers, lots of chalk and an egg to the mix? A much more enjoyable drive through the state of Kansas.
