Hi,

I just bought a new 2021 Passport this weekend.
I tried using the remote start feature but the car wouldn't start ( clicked on Lock , then clicked and hold for 3 seconds on the remote start button) but nothing happened. The doors were lock, 2nd remote wasn't anywhere near the car.
Not sure if i'm missing something?

Try pressing the lock button twice then hold the start button.

I always hit the lock button twice then hold the remote start button. Always works.
