Is there a feature that permits tail lights/ headlights to activate and remain on when the vehicle has been remote started? Currently the lights flash on and off when it is starting, but no indication after that the vehicle is running.

I wish the lights would come on also, rarely have cold weather exhaust down here in God's country Alabama! Maybe steam on the hood after one of those July afternoon rain showers but that's zero help!

on the remote, hit unlock, then lock 2x, then the start button... you're welcome

Just spit balling here but what would happen if you leave your headlights on "Auto"? If it's dark outside, maybe the auto light system will keep the lights on.The above method listed by "mvacolnago" does not work. The lights come on when you press unlock, but go off when you go through the auto start process. Dang, I was hoping it might work

I confirmed this tonight; #1) activate remote start, #2) press unlock and the lights turn on, #3) press lock and the doors lock but headlights and taillights will remain lit. Note: I keep my lights in the AUTO position. I don't know if it will work with the lights in other modes.
