Well the first questions I will be asking my salesperson when I start negotiating if if the vehicle has been subject of a Recall and if it has been fixed, get them back on their heels...

I'm working on a deal and asked (in an email) if the Touring model I was interested in, has been fixed yet, waiting on an answer, stay tuned..
