There is a slight rattling (vibration) noise inside the cabin area. It sounds like it may be coming from the center console. I don’t hear it all the time. I have taken everything out of the console, and the sound is still there. I have noticed that if I put my hand on the side plastic area on passenger’s side and press a little on the console, it seems to go away or the sound is reduced. Are there any recommendations on what I can do? Since the sound is not there all the time, I’m not sure taking it to the dealership will amount to anything. I hear it mostly on roads that aren’t that smooth. I have tried to record the sound, but I haven’t had much luck. I have about 6,500 miles on the Passport now. It’s a 2019.

Is there anything you can tighten down or spray a bit of WD40 on it?

I had a rusty old creak sound from the backseat when I’d stop then drive. It took me tightening all bolts I could find and a lot of oil and it stoped.
