Since there is a shortage of Passports nationwide, the simple answer would be "As low as possible". Not sure how motivated dealers are about getting top dollar for last years models, but off the top of my head, if you can get one for $2k-$4k under MSRP, it's probably a decent deal.

Hopefully, you will hear from others who have purchased their USA Touring models more recently than I (26 months ago...lol)

The shortage of new cars in general will definitely affect the price you can get. Looking at the current market, I think the $4k under msrp is definitely doable on 2021. Personally, I'd only take a 2020 if I could get $7k+ off with the caveat that it's not very likely to happen.

If that is your condition to commit to purchase then you ain't gettin' one. I sold a leftover new 2020 Accord Sport yesterday and it was marked down from $28k to $23,501 and I thought that was a pretty great deal considering that the customer came in wanting to buy a used 2019 Accord EX with 10k miles for $23k which happened to sell earlier that day.

Right now the new car market is depleted and the used car market is white hot as far as holding and selling used vehicles for higher than average prices. If you're wanting to go new you might just have to take what you can get.

I was specifically referring to a 2020 and saying that it was unlikely anyway. The incentives are still there for the 2021 and overall the Passport isn't a huge seller for Honda so the discounts have been larger. In my area, you can still get $4-5k off of a 2021 Touring. It's better to just go for a 2021 since you would likely get the same amount off 2020 or 2021. Used market is a wholly separate story in terms of price negotiation.

Found a few new 2020 passports in my area. What should I offer for one? I assume I can't get the 0 percent financing on a 2020?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
Probably too late to really make any difference for you now, but I bought a leftover 2020 touring March 1. MSRP of $41,600 with dealer added package. Paid $34,300.
