Plugs for key holes

I wish the keyholes on the door handles looked little more stream line, my VW you had to pop off a cover to see the keyhole.

I wonder if anyone is keen enough at 3D printing to fire up some plugs for the keyholes. Just leave a small pin hole in the center to pull it off if need be. IDK though might be a place to trap water and cause a future rusting spot unless it drained well.
