Just bought my passport July 30th 2019.
Test drove the one i wanted to purchase on the 29th , and it had 22km.
It was pulling to the right and i had to tilt to left. They said they'll align it.
Upon delivery it was fine. Then today morning it started to pull to the right AGAIN!
Called them and said bring it on friday and we will take carre of it !
IM SO SAD . i came from a 2016 BMW 435i Coupe had no issues with thatbeast for 3 years and 62000KM
Is this common????

Have you checked tire pressures? Does it do it on all roads or just certain roads that may have more ‘crown’? My pressures are identical and no pull with mine.

Mine was out of alignment when I got it too. Steering wheel off center and pulled right. Dealership aligned it and it’s been fine since but it does seem sensitive to road variations mainly road crown which will pull you right. On flat level roads I can let go of the wheel as if LKA is turned on. Hopefully you don’t have subframe alignment issues. Let us know!

And guess what. Drove 60km to work...no problem.
Drove back and misalligned again.
IM SERIOUSLY PISSED. the steering is so freaking light. It doesnt go in a straigh line at all when i leave the steering wheel. Even a slight turn to the right is not responsive . I dont know what should i do? THEY APPARENTLY FIXED IT TWICE! WHATS NEXT? give it back to them again. I havent taken it off road ;(

I wonder if it could be a defective steering control module or motor.. I’m curious if you sit parked with the engine running, wheels pointed straight, how much do you have to turn the steering wheel each way before the tires start moving (spec is 0-10mm) Because if you’re saying a slight turn to the right is not responsive, to me that makes it sound like when you turn the steering wheel to the right the steering gear isn’t moving the linkage appropriately.

I will record a video and upload it.
Apparently the technicians at Honda are a bunch of imbeciles. PREDELIVERY INSPECTION MY a**.
Before i signed , the sales person asked me if i would like to try the car which i did and noticed the pull. Notified them and i stupidly signed the papers . I receive the lemon next day after they 'washed and fixed' it and still pulls to the right. Took it to service and it was ok for 60 km then BOOM. I'm going through extreme buyers remorse. i seriously want to thrown the keys at them and take my bmw that was trouble free for 60,000 KM...

I came across this TSB pertaining to some passports arriving at PDI out of alignment so I can only imagine that this wasn’t caught on a ton of them. Ours had the steering off center AND a pull but they got it aligned and it’s fine now. Another poster had a lot of problems with their passport having a popping/clunking noise, the dealership finally traced it to the subframe so they replaced it. After replacing the subframe their PP was out of alignment so they took it back. The dealership could not figure out why it was pulling still, it’s as if part of the body or frame was bent. They were trying to push Honda to do a buy back but they were so tired of dealing with the headache of everything they went through, and didn’t want to keep waiting, so they just ended up trading it in and getting a new PP.
