Hello y'all!
Just got my PP 2 days ago after 22 years driving CR-V's (1998, 2005, and 2013 models) decided to upgrade!
So far Mrs and I are happy, I confess I was down when Consumer Reports published such bad scores, but Honda never desapointed me much in 22 years.
Always used the same dealer in Houston, TX. Later Ill post price I paid.
All the best from the Great State of Texas!

Welcome and congrats! I'm coming up on 20 months of ownership after driving a couple of BMWs for 16 years and I am still loving my PP.

Many of the negative reviews centered around infotainment issues that have been addressed in a couple of Recalls and Service Bulletins...! But after successfully getting those implemented, the PP should take it's place in the typical Honda manner we are accustomed to!

There is an addition TSB (I think PANDA posted it here) telling Tech's how to fix the Recall, in case they screw it up, do a search if you want, also that is why I waited a while before getting my Recall fix, to give the local Tech plenty of practice on other peoples Pilots, Oddeysey's and Passports...

It can all be fixed, just keep pushing them...

Hey Steven, it seems that the infotainment systems have lots of bugs. I just bought a 2020 EXL. Is this model also prone to all these issues?
Thanks

First you need to check it for Recalls, if there are no Recalls, then you might be ok, because (I believe) the Recall added re-designed parts, parts that should now be on the PP Assembly Line, but only Honda knows the VIN number of that changeover...

Great idea. I'll have them run the vin.

Thanks a lot!

There are at least 4 infotainment issues i Have read, so far I have experienced 3
only one I haven’t had so far is the crackling.
and since the recalls i have had the message radio not available
in the cluster twice.

there still some code issues

Sad to hear, have you taken it back to the dealer or elevated in to Honda Corp yet?
