What do you consider an alarm? Not the Passport's security system?

Anyone get an Alarm from the Dealer? Or Aftermarket Alarm or plan to or thinking about adding an alarm system?
The Dealer wanted $600 for a shock sensor and flashing LED light and I declined, as it was considered aftermarket and not a Honda alarm, I figured it was probably worth $200.
The Passport apparently has an engine disable, but no real alarm.
Just wanted to see what you all were thinking...

Gravy for the dealership. See page 158-160 of the Owner's Manual for explanation of the Immobilizer System and Security System Alarm.
Thanks dude, the Finance guy that was pushing the $600 alarm actually said there was NO alarm on the Passport, I'm thinking I really don't need one after all...
