Hello Guys,
I have purchased a Passport 2022 Elite Trim HPD design and the car was in the showroom under so many lights, once I drove home and opened the passenger door I saw this area.
I immediately informed the dealer, they were so nice and the next day, they picked up the vehicle and provided a loaner.
The dealer informed that Honda didn't paint that area. Yes, it doesn't look damaged, and the frame was solid but no paint. there was some paint dust though.
Also, they will create a ticket to Honda for further investigation but what are my rights? I guess Honda compensate for me because now I have 20miles of a car with a painted door.

At least it's not on the exterior and they are making good on it. Hopefully that's the only issue you have. Bext of luck with your PP.

They look at your compensation as fixing it and giving you a loaner, not the inconvenience it may give you.

Never hurts to ask, ask for an oil change in 5000 miles

Just let them fix it. They provided a replacement and you were not out anything other than not having "your" car for a few days. I'm so tired of everyone wanting to litigate some kind of compensation. No one will ever know, or care that you had to have a small spot corrected by the Dealer.

Stealerships only answer to lawyers. That's how to keep the lies in Check.
Read the article, call a lawyer, have the lawyer send a letter to the stealership. You'll probably get free carwashes for life. lol
