I have purchased a Passport 2022 Elite Trim HPD design and the car was in the showroom under so many lights, once I drove home and opened the passenger door I saw this area.
I immediately informed the dealer, they were so nice and the next day, they picked up the vehicle and provided a loaner.
The dealer informed that Honda didn't paint that area. Yes, it doesn't look damaged, and the frame was solid but no paint. there was some paint dust though.
Also, they will create a ticket to Honda for further investigation but what are my rights? I guess Honda compensate for me because now I have 20miles of a car with a painted door.
