It was a big day!
Even made time for a car wash.
Next big service will be in 3k miles for a rear differential fluid change.
I need to rest up and probably sell a kidney for that!

Where were you with the Orange Dot?
Kinda up my way, looks like Westmister, just west of Beach, I can't think of what's there, a bunch of little places (shops)...

Surely you’d recognize this address...
one day, we will both be at the same place at the same time!
and I almost went to America’s Tire, but Autowave did the tire rotation for me.

No nails since my high school prom, and no massages since my Covid-Recession.

Hopefully this will have a positive effect on your travels.

It’s hopeful.
However, there are extreme limitations still.
They all vary by county, city and venue.
Disneyland (not that I’ve been in 5 years) is 15% capacity.
Baseball is hopeful for some fans in April. However, they have to relocate the vaccine sites.
All major entertainment tours are still working that out.

Most of my work is 75% corporate production and 25% film and that’s still in bad shape.
We had an industry conference last week and we are just crossing our fingers for a slow return in the Fall. However, there are thousands of just me out of work, so I’ll have to wait in line. 😢

I get it, lol.
Seriously, the rear diff fluid change is very simple to perform and only requires a bottle with a hose on it, a ratchet and a couple of crush washers.

Seems like someone you know would do this for you. You could supervise.
If we were closer geographicly, I'd hook you up if you brought the fluid. Takes 10 minutes.

I sure hope you get back to work soon. This is getting stupid.

I concur completely. In fact I am sure that there is someone in your area who could be of assistance to you with a rear differential drain and fill. We won't mention any names but their initials might be S.D.

I would be happy to assist if you happen to get to Amarillo and then take a left turn to nowheresville. 😁

Oh, no...I will be taking it to my local honda shop.
The last time I tried to save a little money on an oil change for my CRV after my brother offered to do it, it cost me:
  • Dinner for him and my SIL and myself, while the engine cooled to drive from my house to his, about 4 miles.
  • Oil can removal tool
  • Oil filter
  • Oil
  • Several hours!
As close as SD and I live from each other near Beach Boulevard and we frequent the same vendors for our Passports, we’ve never met or seen each other in the Costco parking lot!
