I got a pretty good deal on mine when I bought my 2020 Passport. Paid about $700 for both with installation. I tow a travel trailer loaded just under 4000 lbs about a half dozen times a year and have no problems. I also put in Scangauge 2 to monitor my water temp and transmission temp.

Finally all parts arrived for dealer to install my hitch and transmission cooler. It was negotiated in as part of the vehicle purchase. Glad I worked it in the deal and did not have to pay the parts and labor. Very pricey. View attachment 12058
How long did it take them to install. I heard it takes like 3 hours? My dealer had mine all day Saturday and called, said they need it most of Monday morning:unsure:
Oh, and this is only the wire harness, they installed the hitch and transcooler when weeks ago

Why are people buying transmission coolers when the Passport can tow up to 5000 pounds? Are people towing more than that?
I did for piece of mine. At most I tow 4200 2 times a year, all others are 1200 for trailer and dry way, lumber or bushes from the house. One trip a year with a zero turn to for winter maintenance.
it everything goes south Ali can always mow lawns. People around here pay 75 to 100 a yard and doesn’t take but 30minutes each
