Odometer Settings?

Can someone please tell me how to change my odometer reading from total miles driven to the miles driven in a single trip?

I can't find it anywhere in the manual and I know there must be a way to change this setting on my Passport Elite because I was able to change it on my Accord.

On the steering wheel push the "Home" button and you should be able to scroll down to "Trip Computer". Then you have Trip A and Trip B. In the settings you can have Trip A automatically reset every time you get gas if you prefer.

Thanks @PASSPORT52 but I was hoping to be able change the odometer reading that is always visible to a trip setting. It's a PITA to have to have to dig through menus to see how far I've driven since I got in the car.
If you don't want to view navigation, music etc on the dash display when you select Trip Computer it will stay on that display until to select another option even with turning the vehicle off and on. The dash screen that won't stay displayed that I have noticed with restarts is the navigation which will reset to the menu screen - which is annoying to me. Not sure if that helps you at all - it may not fit your needs. If my memory is right on my '14 or '16 Pilot you could display that on the main center screen as well:unsure: Maybe the Passport is the same - I haven't looked. But on both options you would be giving up other view screens.
I really appreciate your effort but I miss being able to set the small odometer that is always visible (without pressing any buttons) to trip mode rather than the total miles the car has been driven since it left the dealer on day one. That info is of no use to me and I wish I could change it. :(

Check the trip app on the computer screen... it breaks down each start/stop segment.
There's an odometer reading that is always visible and shows the total miles driven since day 1. I think we should have to ability to change that readout to the miles driven each time we start the car without having to dig through menus to see it. I was able to do that with my '13 Accord and I think there should be a way to do that with a car that is 6 years newer.

You have the options of Trip A, and Trip B, along with showing total mileage. You can toggle between A and B and reset each trip to zero if you want.

I apologies for being repetitive.

When you're behind the wheel and look down at the right side of the display, (showing 309 miles in my example) There ought to be a way to change THAT reading to the CURRENT TRIP rather than the total miles driven since the car left the dealership. I understand that I can go into the menus and find the info I want, but I should be able to glance down and see it without touching any buttons.
