LOL, as I approach retirement, I have a 9-mile round trip drive, on two side streets, I've had enough of SO. Cal. freeways in my life..

Where are you in OR, Davis?

Yikes, that is an unbelievable drive!
I was looking at the Bend & Redmond areas, but my wife doesn't want to leave our So. Cal. weather, but once I get a Passport I will at least be able to travel up that way...
